  • Resilience Training for Teams
    Did you know that nearly 1 in 5 employees in the Netherlands experience burnout symptoms? And that this leads to over 13.8 million days of absenteeism each year due to work-related stress? In fact globally annual productivity loss due to workplace burnout costs $1 Trillion USD, according to the World Health Organisation.
    Burnout and chronic stress are silently eroding performance, engagement, and innovation across organisations. In partnership with the Leadership Wellness Group I offer organisations workshops and training programs that help take proactive steps to reverse that trend.

  • Coaching Training
